The Community Council continues the efforts to make the community a modern and pleasant place, and for this reason, it has already programmed the following projects:

• Community buildings will be built in cooperation with the Community Council of Linou. These will include an event hall, offices for the needs of the two Community Councils, private practice, pharmacy, and spaces for the youth clubs of the two villages.
• Construction of a new water tank in Pano Flassou.
• Replacement of the water supply and distribution system in the area of Pano Flassou.
• Construction of a small park in the area of the old mosque. The foundations of the old mosque will be fixed and green spaces will be created.
• Expansion of the road lighting and flood lighting of the church of Agios Georgios Lamproforos.
• Expansion of the road lighting to the church of Panagia Kousouliotisa and flood lighting of the church.
